DELTA-eLACK® 800

Article number: 084GE001

DELTA-eLACK® 800 is a KTL-topcoat for a zinc flake basecoat, phophate or other metallic substrates. The DELTA-eLACK® 800 is, within the coating system, responsible for multifunctional characteristics such as a defined coefficient of friction window, resistance to media, colouring etc. The DELTA-eLACK® 800 is applied via an electrolytic application technique directly onto the basecoat or onto an untreated substrate (part). The application technique is described in the standard DIN 55655. The application technology can vary according to the dimension and weight of the part; e.g. smallest parts are usually coated in the EC-Automat 2000+, bigger parts are coated in the newly developed drum. All Dörken MKS products have always been free of harmful heavy metals such as chromium VI.
